Where do your products come from?
From real people, real places, and real stories. Every piece is handmade in Africa by artisans and social entrepreneurs we know personally. We visit our partners regularly and collaborate closely, from idea to finished piece.
Who makes your products?
Skilled makers and entrepreneurs building businesses, supporting families, and shaping their own futures.
How do you choose your partners?
We find our partners through recommendations, scouting, and, most importantly, real human meetings. We take time to understand their vision, their ambitions, and how their businesses are run.
We are especially drawn to diverse, purpose-driven businesses that create opportunities and support more vulnerable communities.
Does what you buy make a difference?
Yes, in a real and tangible way. Every purchase helps create jobs, strengthen skills, and open doors to new opportunities.
We are committed to doing things better by working with small-scale production, often home-based, and focusing on reuse and upcycling, because beautiful things shouldn’t cost the earth.
Products & Delivery
What are your products made of?
We choose materials that feel good and do good, cotton, natural fabrics, leather details, and recycled materials, often combined with leftover fabrics given a new life. Wherever possible, we source our materials from the African continent.
Will my product look exactly like the picture?
We do our best to represent each product as accurately as possible. As every piece is handmade, small variations may occur, part of the beauty and uniqueness of each item.
How should I care for my product?
Treat your piece as naturally as possible. Wash in cold water, use minimal detergent, and let it air dry whenever you can. For everyday care, a simple cloth is often all you need.
When and how will I receive my order?
We are not a fast-moving production company, we work with real people, not mass production. Our ambition is that within Europe and Kenya, your piece should reach you within approximately 6 working days.
We ship from our warehouses in Sweden and Kenya. Depending on your location, delivery is handled by PostNord in Europe and Wells Fargo in East Africa. We also offer international shipping.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but we will keep you updated along the way.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always see the final shipping price before completing your purchase.
What happens if I’m not happy with my product?We are a small company that values a personal approach. If you are not happy with your product, please reach out — we will always do our best to find a solution.

Where can I go?
We take you from the hidden gems of the Nordics to the vast savannas of Africa. Across East Africa, we design journeys through open plains, beautiful beaches, lush forests, and vibrant cultures in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and Ethiopia.
Up north, we can guide you to Santa’s hometown in Finland, the Northern Lights in northern Sweden, or hiking adventures among the fjords of Norway.
Do you do themed group trips?
Yes, we call them chapters.
Each chapter is a curated journey where like-minded people come together to experience something a little out of the ordinary. From wellness and yoga to horse riding, culture, motorcycling, and hiking, every trip is designed around a shared passion.

How does the process work?
It starts with a simple email from you. From there, we schedule an online meeting where we listen carefully to the kind of experience you’re looking for.
We then create a tailored itinerary and travel proposal, giving you space to share feedback and shape the journey. Once everything feels right, we take care of the bookings and bring your trip to life.
How far in advance should I send an inquiry?The earlier, the better. Many of the places we love are smaller, more exclusive, and have limited capacity, so planning ahead helps secure the best experiences.
Safety, Guarantees & Responsibility
Are your safaris covered by any guarantees?
Yes. When booking through us, your trip is covered in line with Swedish travel regulations, including financial protection in case of unforeseen events.
Who is responsible for my trip?
We take full responsibility for the overall experience we design for you. We work closely with trusted local partners to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.
Do you work with insured and licensed partners?
Yes. We carefully select our partners and only work with experienced, licensed, and reliable operators on the ground.
Do I need travel insurance?
Yes, we always recommend that you have your own travel insurance covering medical care, cancellations, and personal belongings.
